An excerpt from the Keep Breathin' guide for parents and teachers.

We live in a very complex world. Young people today face challenges that require new skills to navigate the waters. Keep Breathin' is a balancing tool. It is a sensible and everyday way we can help kids stay tuned mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Self-esteem builds through participation. Encourage youngsters to do the exercises and not just watch the video. Our goal is to help kids use breath and movement to release tension and tightness.

The exercises average one minute in length, and they are easily incorporated into a daily home and classroom schedule. They can be done at a desk, chair, or on the floor; no special clothing or equipment is required.

The following information is designed to further the educational experience of this body/mind workout.  Above all, have fun and Keep Breathin'
