Keep Breathin' is an interactive exercise video for children ages 4-14.
This 28 minute program combines music, stretching, breathing, and relaxation
as the magic formula. It is an exercise workout for the body, mind, and Spirit.
The exercises average one minute in length, and they are easily incorporated
into a daily home and classroom schedule. They can be done at a desk,
chair, or on the floor; no special clothing or equipment is required.
Keep Breathin' consists of fun and easy-to-follow exercises
that help to increase balance, self-discipline, and self-esteem.
